RotaDash is provided by RotaDash Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Scotland (company number SC904237), registered office Clyde Offices, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP. These terms govern your use of the RotaDash application (the "Service").
RotaDash is a tool for logging locum shifts, tracking mileage, creating and tracking invoices, and reporting on your earnings. It is a record-keeping and organisational tool. It does not submit anything to HMRC or any pharmacy on your behalf, and does not constitute accountancy, tax, or legal advice — see section 8.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be 18 or over, and RotaDash is for use in your work (for example as a locum pharmacist).
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, either monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Founding member pricing: if you subscribe while we offer founding member pricing, your price won't go up for as long as your subscription stays active, including if you switch between monthly and yearly. If your subscription ends and you subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Plan in the app; your subscription then stops at the end of the current month or year, and you keep access until then. RotaDash starts as soon as you pay, and when you subscribe you ask us to start it straight away. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full. If you cancel within 14 days of a later subscription or of a yearly renewal, we'll refund the unused part, keeping an amount for the days you've used. After 14 days, payments aren't refunded. To ask for a refund, email hello@rotadash.com. None of this affects your other legal rights.
Everything you enter into RotaDash — shifts, pharmacies, invoices, reports — is yours. You can export a full copy of your data at any time, including after your trial ends or you cancel. If you don't subscribe, or you cancel, we keep your data for 3 months in case you come back and then delete it, as set out in our Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
You agree not to use the Service to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach this.
RotaDash (the app, the website, their code, design, text and graphics, and the RotaDash name and logo) belongs to RotaDash Ltd or the people who license it to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. While you have an account, we give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use RotaDash for your own work. That permission doesn't let you copy, change, sell, sublicense or redistribute any part of RotaDash; extract its content in bulk with automated tools; or use RotaDash, or anything taken from it, to build or help build a competing product. Your own data stays yours (section 5), and the open-source libraries RotaDash uses stay under their own licences.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them to improve RotaDash without owing you anything for them.
RotaDash provides estimates and organisational tools only — including mileage allowance estimates and expected-payment-date predictions. These are calculated automatically from the information you enter and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it for a tax return, invoice, or financial decision, and for your own compliance with HMRC and any other authority. We recommend using a qualified accountant.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and rely on third parties (including our hosting and database providers) whose own downtime is outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service, including errors in calculations, missed or mis-timed invoices, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud), or affects your statutory rights if you use the Service as a consumer.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know of any material change before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
